VisionCam XM2 Linux Documentation

Introduction

The operating system for the VisionCam XM2 is based on Ubuntu LTS.

A basic Ubuntu system is usually pre-installed on delivered devices. It contains the following components

• NVIDIA Jetson Linux Driver Package
• Device-specific packages provided by IMAGO (bootloader, SDK, ...)
• Basic development packages like gcc, g++ and make

The user can easily install additional packages from Ubuntu's package repositories by using the apt tool.

The NVIDIA JetPack SDK is not included in the OS images provided by IMAGO. But it can be installed online (see Installing JetPack).
