Introduction

The operating system for the VisionBox DAYTONA is based on Ubuntu 18.04 LTS "Bionic Beaver". The Linux OS is usually preinstalled on delivery of the devices.

Additional software components are included for the VisionBox:

NVIDIA Jetson Linux Driver Package (L4T)
Customized bootloader and Linux kernel
IMAGO SDK

The user can easily install additional packages from the standard Ubuntu repositories.

IMAGO provides the Linux images as tar.gz archives which contain the root file system. Each image has a unique version number which is part of the archive file name.

Example: ubuntu1804_DAYTONA_v1.2_a.tar.gz

`DAYTONA`	→	Target device: VisionBox DAYTONA
